Membership
CLOUT membership entitles you to our quarterly newsletter, announcements about our conferences and how to register, and access to our web site chat room.
To become a member, contact CLOUT. We will mail you a packet of information with a statement of commitment, which you can then sign and return. Or you can just send us a check directly or let us know that you want to be added to our list even though you do not currently have the funds to make a contribution.
